DIY INSTRUCTIONS How to make a yoga hammock
Project story: Year 2015 I made a yoga hammock from a black sheet.
The hammock still hangs in my living room today after 6 years. Sitting by the computer is really bad for the back and this has been a lifesaver for me. Basically I feel that hanging upside down regularly has really improved my entire wellbeing. It's so relaxing to hang in it and stretch.

Kids of ages 0-14 visiting our home during the last 6 years have loved it too, so I decided to make instructions how to make one and spread the joy!
It is super easy to make and you can wash it in the washing machine, just like a sheet. You can also hang the hammock in a tree outside.
